Full Time Hours:

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

  • Project planning and scheduling

  • Develop and write programs

  • Testing and Implementation of the automation processes to the production floor

  • Provide training and direction to production employees in regard to the automation processes

  • Assist with development and maintenance of Automated Test Equipment

  • Assist with troubleshooting

  • Analyze test data and write test reports

  • Write process documentation

Qualifications:

  • Proficient with the following softwares: Microsoft Applications, Advanced Excel, C++, Visual Basics, Familiar with graphical use interface softwares and flowcharts.

  • Labview, and/or National Instruments experience preferred

  • Drafting experience with Pro-E and/or Solidworks is a plus

  • Solid verbal and written skills

2. Electronics Technician, Entry Level

Entry Level Technician with an emphasis on Electrical or Electronic Engineering preferably with MEMs and Capacitive Sensors knowledge

This position is responsible for working independently and as part of a team in the development, designing, and planning the manufacture of electronic tilt sensors for high volume industrial and military applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Project planning and scheduling

  • Work under direction of Lead Technicians and Engineering

  • Assist with development and maintenance of Automated Test Equipment

  • Assist with troubleshooting

  • Assist with writing test software

  • Analyze test data and write test reports

  • Perform device failure analysis and write failure reports

  • Write product and process documentation

  • Provide light technical support to sales department and customers.

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in electronics and/or related field such as integrated systems or in school working toward this type of degree

  • Minimum 6+ months of related experience in either project or electrical technician position

  • Experience with microprocessor based designs is a plus.

  • Solid verbal and written skills

  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft office applications

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work.

3. Electronics Technician

4. Light Assembly Technicians

Challenging entry-level career position for assembly-Q/C worker in a very stable manufacturing company. You will be involved with assembly, production and quality control. Additional responsibilities may include stocking, shipping/receiving, data entry, inventory, and packaging. 5. PCB Assembler/Inspector

Rieker is looking for an experienced PCB Assembler with Thru-hole Soldering, SMT to 0805, who is also an experienced Inspector with a minimum 2 years QAR for incoming and in-process electrical assembly.

IPC Certification a plus!

Full Time Hours:

8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. Some P/T and Flex Hours are also available. 

Duties: 

Inspect electronic systems, assemblies, subassemblies, components and parts for conformance to specifications by performing the following:

  • Dimensional inspections of PCB panels and other fabricated products to verify conformance to specified dimensions.

  • Examination of PCB circuitry to detect defects such as shorts, breaks, excess or missing solder, scratches, cracks, defects in screen printing and incorrect layout.

  • Layout examination and installation of wiring, cables, subassemblies, hardware, and components to detect assembly errors.

  • Comparisons of assemblies with parts list to detect missing parts and hardware.

  • Examination of alignment of parts for conformance to specified dimensions.

  • Examination of Joints and Wires and Cables to locate soldering defects.

  • Examination of production documents to ensure all assembly, inputting, and testing steps were performed according to specifications.

  • Records inspection of data such as serial number, percent of defects, and rework requirements including inspection of nonconformance documentation.

  • Repair minor issues on PCB Circuitry such as resoldering broken connections on components and parts.

  • Capable of accepting responsibility to stand by these inspections and will hold or release shipments or refuse, return, or receives shipments accordingly.

  • Inspection of incoming and outgoing products in accordance with internal or customer generated drawings/requirements.

  • Perform First Article Inspection as needed.

  • Printed Circuit Boards (IPC Certification Preferred)

  • on-conforming Product handling such as completion of the form, entering into databases, collection of non-conforming product and disposition of the product. Work together with appropriate accounting department for documentation and credit issuance.

  • MRV experience preferred.  Participation in MRV meetings. Maintenance CAR and CAR forms as needed and preventative action and retraining data bases.

Additional Responsibilities/Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated with attention to detail.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Responsible for organizing and keeping in good condition all tooling and fixtures in assembly area.

  • Must be able to work in a TEAM environment.

7. Receiving/Shipping Production Worker

Rieker is searching for a reliable, detail oriented person who is a team player with basic Microsoft Excel software experience to perform receiving duties. Must communicate well, have decent math skills, and have good reading comprehension. Reliable transportation a must. Position does require lifting on a regular basis up - mostly light weight packages but some may be a heavy as 30-40 lbs.

Position would also include assisting in Shipping (picking parts to ship, labeling/serializing, packaging) and miscellaneous production work. Required Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 4:30 PM.

Medical Insurance available after 90 days of employment.
